Do not use this system if there is a known or present suspect, if the incident occurred outside the City of Crestview, or if the incident involves domestic violence, a firearm, a stolen vehicle, controlled substances, or a court order/restraining order violation.

Online reports are reviewed during normal business days. Please allow 2–3 business days for review. If follow-up is needed, you may be contacted by phone or email.
